For the last three years, Jacob did a fantastic job serving as our Trade Show Coordinator. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: #080809; background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;In his new role, he will oversee sales and dealer relationships across half the United States. Jacob brings a practical understanding of our products to this position, having started his career with us in the Electrical Department. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: #080809; background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;Outside of work, Jacob resides in Tell City with his wife Brooke and their two daughters.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

Chase will take over the execution and logistics for all of our trade show events and exhibitions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: #080809; background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;Like Jacob, Chase brings a valuable hands-on perspective to his new role, having started his Thermwood career in the Paint Department. We also want to recognize Chase for his dedication to the community, where he serves as a volunteer firefighter for Anderson Township and a reserve police officer in Cannelton.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

The molds will be printed on the LSAM AP510 Additive Printer using advanced carbon fiber reinforced materials, with a different material supplier featured each day (Airtech, Sabic and Techmer PM).&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;We will also have completed drone bodies on display, produced from the molds by our partner, the Aria Group.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Anna Deorto&lt;/strong&gt; – Daughter of Christina Balbach and David Deorto, and a graduate of &lt;strong&gt;Heritage Hills High School&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;Anna was active in &lt;strong&gt;Cross Country, Swim, and Track&lt;/strong&gt;, as well as &lt;strong&gt;Pep Club, Young Women Lead, and True Life Baptist Church&lt;/strong&gt;, and served as a &lt;strong&gt;coach for Girls on the Run&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;She will attend &lt;strong&gt;Vincennes University&lt;/strong&gt; on an &lt;strong&gt;Athletic Scholarship&lt;/strong&gt; to pursue a degree in &lt;strong&gt;Education&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Jason succeeds David Hildenbrand, who recently retired after 47 years of distinguished service. With more than 30 years at Thermwood, Mr. Susnjara has held a wide range of leadership roles across multiple departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 16px;"&gt;Since 2019, he has served as Executive Vice President, where he played a key role in guiding Thermwood’s strategic direction and growth. He also serves on the company’s Board of Directors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
