Operate CNC machines, including CNC lathes and CNC milling machines, to produce precision parts according to specifications. Experience operating Thermwood machines, Hass mills, and Hass Lathe machines. G-Code and M-Code familiarity with programming languages used in CNC is a plus

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with expertise in machining operations. Powerful problem-solving skills to identify and resolve machining quality concerns. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing environments. Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and focus on accuracy and precision to ensure the quality of all parts. The ability to work as a team or independently; self-motivated, resourceful dependable. The ability to read blueprints and technical documents. Experience operating Power Industrial Trucks and a focus on safety. Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. |

We are a leading manufacturer of Thermwood CNC Machines and Large-Scale Additive Machines, dedicated to delivering exceptional services and support to our clients., We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to travel both domestically and internationally, installing and servicing our state-of-the-art machinery. | Travel to client sites to install, service, and perform diagnostic work on Thermwood CNC Machines and Large-Scale Additive Machines. Conduct regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients, addressing their needs efficiently and professionally. Collaborate with the engineering and support teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions. |
Strong mechanical and electrical background with a proven track record in industrial maintenance is preferred; however, training is an option. Experience in CNC maintenance and repair is preferred. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on the road. Previous experience in customer service, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, as required by the role. - |
